THANK YOU for submitting an offer on our REO listing. An REO sale can be confusing and there   s additional paperwork that we don´t see in a normal sale.  We have put this list together to help you through the process and to know what to expect from us and what we expect from you.


1Prior to being able to submit an offer to the seller, your buyer needs to obtain a pre-approval letter from the seller. There is a simple form labeled "LOAN APP" for the buyer to fill out and fax to the local Bank of America Branch. The representative used for this property is Brian McKim. Tell him that you need to get a Pre-approval for an REO.

2. In addition, the buyer must provide the listing agent a copy of the buyer´s DEPOSIT CHECK & PROOF OF FUNDS from their financial institution (please black out the buyer´s private bank routing numbers & account information).
